In short

Wellcrypto is an information service: monitoring of exchanger rates, ratings, reviews and articles.
We do not exchange cryptocurrency, do not accept or hold your funds and do not take part in transactions.
You make an exchange on the website of the exchanger you choose, under its rules.
Rate and reserve data comes from the exchangers. Check the terms on the exchanger's website before you exchange.

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms govern the use of the wellcrypto.io website, including all its sections and language versions (the "Site").

1.2. The Site is managed by the Wellcrypto project administration (the "Administration", "we"). Details of the Administration and contacts are on the Legal Notice page.

1.3. These Terms apply when you use the Site's features: post a review, send an enquiry or an application, or go to the websites of exchangers and exchanges. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use these features.

1.4. Terms used in these Terms and other Site documents:

Site — wellcrypto.io with all its sections and language versions;
User — any visitor to the Site;
Exchanger — a third-party online service for exchanging cryptocurrencies and electronic money whose data is shown on the Site;
Exchange — a third-party cryptocurrency trading platform;
Affiliate link — a link to the website of an Exchanger, Exchange or other service that may earn the Site a reward when followed.

1.5. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy. Consent to the processing of personal data is given separately and is not part of these Terms.

2. About Wellcrypto

2.1. Wellcrypto is:

monitoring of Exchangers' exchange rates and reserves;
ratings of Exchangers and Exchanges;
reviews, news and educational materials about cryptocurrencies.

2.2. Wellcrypto is not:

an exchanger, exchange, broker or payment service;
a custodian of funds: we do not accept, hold or transfer Users' money or cryptocurrency;
a party to a transaction between a User and an Exchanger or Exchange;
a guarantor of transactions;
an investment, financial, legal or tax adviser.

3. Exchangers, Exchanges and transactions

3.1. An exchange takes place on the Exchanger's website, between the User and the Exchanger, under the Exchanger's rules. The website of an Exchanger or Exchange is an independent resource with no legal connection to the Site.

3.2. Rates, reserves, limits, fees and other terms are shown according to the data supplied by the Exchanger itself. The Exchanger is responsible for their accuracy.

3.3. Carrying out the exchange, its timing, AML/KYC checks, suspension or freezing of funds and refunds are the responsibility of the Exchanger or Exchange.

3.4. We do not verify Users' identity and do not carry out AML/KYC checks on their transactions. We do not receive or store Users' payment details.

3.5. The inclusion of an Exchanger in the monitoring means that, at the time of inclusion, it met the Listing Rules. This does not guarantee that the Exchanger will complete a particular order. The Exchanger is itself responsible for holding the licences and permits required in the countries where it serves customers.

3.6. If an Exchanger breaks the rules, we may warn it, disconnect it temporarily or remove it from the monitoring. Removed Exchangers are listed on the Exchangers removed from the listing page.

4. Data accuracy

4.1. Monitoring data is updated automatically, but there may be a delay between a rate change at the Exchanger and its display on the Site. Technical errors in data feeds are possible.

4.2. Before you exchange, check the rate, the amount you will receive, fees, limits and working hours on the Exchanger's website. The terms fixed in your order on the Exchanger's website are the ones that apply.

4.3. If you notice a mismatch between the data on the Site and on the Exchanger's website, let us know via Enquiries and Complaints.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

the actions and omissions of Exchangers, Exchanges and other third-party services, including unfulfilled orders, delays, frozen or lost funds;
changes to an Exchanger's rate or terms after you go to its website;
User errors in payment details, wallet address, network or transfer amount;
the actions of fraudsters, including fake websites and accounts posing as an Exchanger or as Wellcrypto;
your decisions to buy, sell or exchange cryptocurrency;
temporary unavailability of the Site and interruptions in data updates.

6. User obligations

When using the Site, you:

comply with the laws of the country you are in, including laws on cryptoassets, currency transactions and sanctions;
check the Exchanger's website address and payment details before making a transfer;
do not use the Site for unlawful purposes;
provide accurate information in reviews, enquiries and applications.

7. Prohibited actions

On the Site it is prohibited to:

collect data automatically (parsing, scraping, harvesting rates with bots) without the Administration's written permission;
put excessive load on the Site, attempt unauthorised access or distribute malicious code;
inflate reviews and ratings, post paid-for reviews, or post reviews on behalf of an Exchanger about itself or about other Exchangers;
impersonate another person, including the Site Administration.

Access to Site data for third-party services, including via an API or AI tools, is by agreement only: [email protected].

8. Intellectual property

8.1. The Site's texts, reviews, ratings, data compilations, design and software code are protected by intellectual property rights.

8.2. You may quote Site materials with an active link to the source page. Copying materials in full or using monitoring data for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed.

9. Reviews

Reviews are published and moderated under the Review Policy. By posting a review, you allow the Site to publish it. The author of a review is responsible for its content.

10. Advertising and affiliate programmes

The Site earns income from advertising and affiliate programmes. How this works, and how it does and does not affect the monitoring and ratings, is explained on the How we make money page.

11. Risks of cryptocurrency transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions carry a high level of risk, including the total loss of funds. The Site's materials are not investment advice. See the Disclaimer for details.

12. Availability and accuracy of materials

12.1. The Site and its materials are provided "as is". We try to keep the data up to date but do not promise that it will always be complete, accurate and available.

12.2. The limitations of liability in these Terms apply to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not affect rights that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.

13. Age restrictions

The Site is intended for persons over 18.

14. Enquiries and claims

14.1. If you have a claim against the Site, first contact us via Enquiries and Complaints. We will try to resolve the matter through negotiation.

14.2. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights granted to you by the law of the country where you live.

15. Changes to these Terms

15.1. We may change these Terms. A new edition is published on this page with its date and takes effect immediately upon publication, unless it states a later date.

15.2. Previous editions will be available in the archive at the bottom of the page.

16. Final provisions

16.1. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

16.2. If we do not exercise a right, this does not mean we have waived it.
