In short
- We collect a minimum of data: what you enter in forms yourself and technical data about your visit.
- We do not collect payment details, documents, keys or seed phrases: exchanges take place on exchangers' websites, not with us.
- The Site uses cookies to function and to collect visit statistics. You can accept or reject them in the cookie banner.
- We do not sell data.

1. Who processes the data
The wellcrypto.io website (the "Site") is run by the Wellcrypto project administration (the "Administration", "we"). The Administration determines why and how personal data is processed on the Site.

2. What data we receive
2.1. Data you enter yourself

2.2. Data collected automatically
- IP address, browser and device type, language, pages viewed, time of visit;
- clicks on links to the websites of exchangers and exchanges;
- identifiers from cookies and similar technologies — see the Cookie Policy for details.
2.3. What we do not collect
We do not receive or store: bank card and account numbers, payment details, identity documents, KYC check data, private keys, seed phrases, or passwords for wallets and exchanger accounts. If an exchanger or anyone acting on behalf of Wellcrypto asks you for such data for the Site, it is fraud.

We do not make decisions that legally affect you based solely on automated processing.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell data. We share it only with those who help the Site work:

Data may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or an official request from an authorised body.
When you go to the website of an exchanger or exchange, the data you enter there is processed by that service under its own rules. We are not responsible for it.
5. International data transfers
The services listed in section 4 may process data outside your country. We use services that apply the safeguards for such transfers provided for in their data processing terms.
Yandex Metrica data is processed by Yandex, including in Russia.
6. Reviews are public
The name and text of a review are visible to all visitors. Your e-mail is not published. Do not include other people's personal data, card numbers, wallet addresses or payment details in a review.
7. Your rights
You can:
- find out what data about you we process and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- have data deleted, including withdrawing your review;
- restrict processing or object to it;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal);
- complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
To exercise a right, write to [email protected] from the address you provided (for exchanger reviews, from the same e-mail used when posting). We will reply within 10 business days. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm that the request was sent by you.
8. Security
We limit access to data to the people who need it to run the Site and use a secure connection (HTTPS). Complete protection against all online threats does not exist, so we do not promise it, but we respond to incidents.
9. Age
The Site is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
10. For users in the EU/EEA and the UK
- The legal bases for processing are set out in section 3.
- We use analytics cookies only after you consent in the cookie banner. To change your choice, delete the Site's cookies in your browser settings — the banner will appear again.
- You have the right to complain to the data protection authority of your country (in the UK, the ICO).
11. For users in Russia
- We process the data you enter in forms on the basis of your consent. The consent is set out in a separate document: Consent to the processing of personal data. Its text opens from a link next to each form.
- You can withdraw your consent by writing to [email protected].
12. Browser extension
The Wellcrypto extension for Chrome shows rates and exchangers and does not collect users' personal data.
13. Changes to this policy
A new edition is published on this page with its date. We announce significant changes on the Site. Previous editions are kept in the archive.
