How we make money

In short

Wellcrypto does not charge for using the content on the site.
The Site earns money from advertising and from the affiliate programmes of exchanges, exchangers and other services.
Positions in the monitoring and in the rankings by rate, reserves and directions are calculated automatically and do not depend on partnerships.
The editorial team compiles expert ratings using its own criteria; partnerships do not affect positions in them.

1. Where our income comes from

The Site receives remuneration:

under the affiliate programmes of exchanges, exchangers and other services when a user goes to their website via a link on Wellcrypto;
from placing advertising on the Site.

We do not charge for using the Site.

2. What is not for sale

Positions in the monitoring and automatic rankings. The order of exchangers by rate, reserves and number of directions is calculated automatically from the data the exchangers supply. Nobody adjusts this order by hand.
Places in expert ratings. "Best exchangers of the year", "Best crypto exchanges" and other selections are compiled by the editorial team using the criteria published on each rating's page. Partnerships do not affect positions in them.
Reviews. We do not remove reviews simply because an exchanger asks us to, and we do not publish reviews for money. More in the Review Policy.
Inclusion in the monitoring. An exchanger is added to the monitoring only if it meets the Listing Rules.

3. How we label advertising

Affiliate links go through addresses such as wellcrypto.io/assets/visit/… and are marked as affiliate links.
Advertising banners and materials are labelled "Advertisement".

4. Editorial independence

Reviews and articles are written by Wellcrypto authors using their own criteria and are checked by the editorial team before publication. How we work with sources and correct mistakes is explained in the Editorial Policy.
