Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the box "I consent to the processing of personal data" in a form on the wellcrypto.io website (the "Site"), I freely and of my own will give the Wellcrypto project administration (the "Operator", contact: [email protected]) consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. What data

The data I enter in the form:

Exchanger review	name or nickname, e-mail address, rating, review text
Exchange or service review	name or nickname, rating, review text
"Add an exchanger"	name and e-mail address of the exchanger's administrator, exchanger name and website address, rates file address, WMID (if provided), date founded, country

As well as the IP address and technical browser data sent with the form.

2. For what purpose

replying to my enquiry;
publishing my review and protecting reviews from spam; for an exchanger review, confirming the review and my requests about it by e-mail;
reviewing an exchanger's application for inclusion in the monitoring and communicating about it;
protecting the Site's forms from spam and abuse.

3. What the Operator may do with the data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons listed in section 4, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out with and without automation tools.

The name (nickname), rating and text of a review are published on the Site and become available to all visitors. The e-mail address is not published.

4. To whom the data may be transferred

To persons who ensure the operation of the Site on the Operator's instructions: the Site's hosting provider, Cloudflare (delivering and protecting the Site), Google (reCAPTCHA — protecting forms from spam).

5. Validity and withdrawal of consent

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

I can withdraw my consent by writing to [email protected]. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes the data unless the law requires it to be kept. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it is received.
