Exchanger Listing Rules

Edition of 12.10.2026

In short

  • We accept automatic and semi-automatic exchangers that have been operating for at least six months and hold a certain reserve.
  • The data in the rates file must be accurate and updated instantly.
  • Breaches lead to a warning, temporary disconnection or removal.
  • Removed exchangers stay on a separate page so that users can see an honest history.

1. Requirements for joining the monitoring

The exchanger must:

  • have been actively operating on the open market for at least six months;
  • hold total currency reserves of at least $5,000 in US dollar equivalent;
  • have a rates export file in XML format;
  • supply accurate data on rates, reserves and additional fees in the file and update it instantly — at the moment the rate, reserve or other data in the file changes at the exchanger;
  • if its website uses DDoS protection, add our crawler's IP address to the allowlist so that it can fetch the rates file;
  • not have been involved in fraudulent transactions or activities;
  • place a Wellcrypto banner on the home page of its website — one of the three on the Add an exchanger page.

These are minimum requirements: meeting them does not oblige us to include the exchanger in the monitoring. The Administration may request additional information or reject an application. We state the reason for rejection.

2. Obligations of an exchanger in the monitoring

The exchanger:

  • shows the final rate, including all fees, in its rates file;
  • does not manipulate the rate, including by changing it depending on visits from the monitoring;
  • processes orders on the terms shown to the customer;
  • responds to customer enquiries and to claims passed on through Wellcrypto;
  • has clear exchange rules and an AML/KYC check procedure on its website;
  • is itself responsible for the permits and licences required in the countries where it serves customers. Inclusion in the monitoring does not confirm them;
  • tells us if the exchange is in fact carried out by a third party;
  • if it cannot complete an exchange following an AML check, acts under its published rules, informs the customer about the check and does not hold funds without grounds;
  • confirms changes to payout details through several channels to prevent substitution;
  • keeps order data and correspondence with customers for as long as needed to deal with a claim.

3. Checks

Rates and reserves are updated automatically from exchangers' data. Exchangers' performance is checked regularly, including through their support teams and test transactions.

4. Measures for breaches

Measure When it applies
Warning a one-off minor breach that does not affect customers
Temporary disconnection a mismatch between the data on the Site and on the exchanger's website, incomplete or inaccurate information about exchange terms, unresolved customer claims
Removal from the monitoring incorrect data in the rates file, failure to meet obligations to customers, systematic breaches, refusal to correct a breach, signs of fraud, inflating reviews, AML scam, failure to meet the requirements of section 1

5. Removed exchangers

A removed exchanger is taken out of the monitoring and rankings and moved to the Exchangers removed from the listing page. We do not publicly state the reason for removal.

If an exchanger believes its removal was a mistake or has fixed the breaches, it can write to us. The Administration decides on re-inclusion.

6. How to apply

Fill in the form on the Add an exchanger page. For quick contact about adding an exchanger: Telegram @Wellcrypto_partners.

How we process the data from the application is explained in the Privacy Policy.
