Review Policy

In short

A review is the author's personal opinion and experience, not Wellcrypto's assessment.
We cannot verify with certainty whether every review is true or whether the author actually made an exchange.
Reviews are published after a moderator has looked at them — this is how we filter out spam and fake reviews. Exchanger reviews are additionally protected by e-mail confirmation and a CAPTCHA.
We remove spam, defamatory and paid-for reviews when we identify them.

1. Types of reviews

Exchanger reviews — on exchanger pages in the monitoring. You need to confirm your e-mail using the link in our message and complete a CAPTCHA.

Reviews of exchanges and other services — on review pages. You need to complete a CAPTCHA. Such reviews are users' opinions and experience; no e-mail is requested.

2. What we do and do not do

What we do:

protect the forms from spam and automated reviews: a CAPTCHA, filtering of repeats and spam by IP and, for exchanger reviews, e-mail confirmation;
publish reviews after a moderator has looked at them: the moderator checks that a review complies with this Policy and does not look like spam or a fake review;
at the Administration's discretion or at an exchanger's request, contact the author of a review and ask for details;
remove spam and reviews that break section 4 when we identify them — ourselves or following a report from a user or an exchanger.

What we do not do:

verify the accuracy of every review;
confirm that the author actually used the service;
present reviews as the editorial team's assessment. A review is the author's opinion, and the author is responsible for its content.

3. Negative exchanger reviews

A negative exchanger review that complies with this Policy may be published by the moderator before the full check is complete — for example, while we contact the author or wait for the exchanger's response. This way other users can see the warning. It matters if, for example, an exchanger has been hacked or has stopped processing orders.

If the review is not confirmed and it turns out to have been posted to discredit the exchanger, we will remove it.

4. What we remove

We remove or do not publish a review if it:

is spam or was generated automatically;
turned out to be defamatory — it was not confirmed during the check;
was paid for or written in exchange for a reward;
was posted by an exchanger or service about itself or about competitors, or in their interests;
duplicates another review by the same author;
contains insults, threats, or calls for violence or hatred;
contains other people's personal data, card numbers, wallet addresses or payment details;
contains advertising or links;
is not about the service it was posted on.

We do not remove a review simply because an exchanger or service asks us to or because the review is negative.

5. If you want to withdraw your exchanger review

Write to [email protected] from the same e-mail you gave when posting. After confirmation we will delete the review.

6. If you disagree with the removal of a review

Write to us via Enquiries and Complaints: give the page and the approximate date of the review. We will review it again.

7. For exchangers and services

If you believe a review is inaccurate, write to us with evidence: for exchangers, the order number, screenshots and correspondence with the customer. We will consider the request. While the check is under way, the review stays on the Site.

8. Responsibility

The author of a review is responsible for its content. How we process review authors' data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
